Marcona Almonds come from Spain, and are milder and softer in texture than a California almond. These are oven roasted with rosemary and Spanish olive oil, and then tossed with chopped fresh rosemary and coarse sea salt. Perfect with a cocktail, or alongside a cheese and charcuterie platter. Heck, these are great all by themselves, and are a wonderful source of protein.
